After pleading guilty to a lesser crime, actor Cuba Gooding Jr. won’t serve any jail time for the forced touching case brought against him in New York City.
In order to modify Gooding’s previous misdemeanor plea to a noncriminal infraction, the prosecution claims that he successfully completed six months of alcohol and behavioral rehabilitation.
The 54-year-old Jerry Maguire actor entered a plea guilty in April to the misdemeanor charge of forcing a nightclub employee to kiss him or her in 2018.
It’s just one of numerous charges levied against the Oscar winner during the #MeToo era.
