Nothing is impossible for kids because they are capable of doing things beyond their age. While we might take time to believe that, they never stop amazing us with their action. Here’s an excellent example of 8- year-old girl, Rory Van Ulft from Ottawa.

It might be difficult for people to believe but this little girl has deadlifted 200 pounds and squat 160 pounds. While the kids of her age are busy playing, she started participating in competitions.

Before she showed how dominant she could be in weightlifting, Rory van Ulft of Ottawa, Ontario had initially taken it up to help with her gymnastics training.

Just two years later, she’s walked away with several championship wins and was named U.S. weightlifting Youth National Champion twice.

She can deadlift three times her body weight.
According to her mother Lindsay, van Ulft has had a very supportive reception within the weightlifting community.
