Eminem has recently announced will be going for an Australian tour for Kamikaze, his new album, in 2019. The rapper’s last tour in Australia was in the year 2014. Now he is all set to perform in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. He will be performing in Perth for the very first time in the  second half of his Rapture 2019 stadium tour.

Eminem’s Australian tour will begin from 20th February at Brisbane’s QSAC and then he will move to Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on 22nd February following which he will perform at Melbourne’s MCG on 24th February and Optus Stadium, Perth on 27th February.

News Corp Australia published the details of the tour inadvertently yesterday. It was also reported that Eminem wouldn’t stop at Adelaide to perform. Kamikaze is a follow up to Eminem’s previous album Revival which was released in 2017. Kamikaze was released this year in August without any warning.

Eminem’s new album has contributions from Jessie Reyez, Royce Da5’9’’ and one of the tracks ‘Good Guy’ also has contributions from an Australian artist.

Dr. Dre was the executive producer of Kamikaze. The album also features writing contributions from Bon Iver’s Little Dragon (‘Normal’) and Justin Vernon (‘Fall’). ‘Greatest’ from Kamikaze interpolates ‘HUMBLE’ by Kendrick Lamar.
